Infimobile's annual unlimited plan is a low-cost way to get talk, text, data, and hotspot on Verizon, with easy activation and generally solid service for long-term use. The plan has worked well for multiple lines, port-ins can be quick, and some accounts have seen strong 5G Ultra Wideband speeds and no dropped calls. The main caveats are extra fees that can jump at checkout, occasional slower data or dropped calls, and limited support, with replacement eSIMs costing about $8. It is a practical budget option if you can live with the fine print.

Yes it was a 3 year plan. And the state and locality publish the fees. $1.11 per line per year.
Looks like they are applying near that amount per month, which is usually how that amount would be calculated and not per year.

Which state/city?

switched to them recently from Red Pocket. Infimobile had pretty fast response to help me verify my port-in number. I was impressed. They had a LOT of payment security issues with my disposable credit card number, but it worked out eventually. I've had about 10% dropped calls so far, and some issues with the internet connectivity and some apps (perhaps they don't like my VPN), but I've been able to work through it. I had Red Pocket before and no issues then.
1 in 10 calls are dropping for you? That's quite a high number and it's also strange because any MVNO just uses the same towers as the big three carriers, and even being on a low QCI priority should not affect a users number of dropped calls.it would suck to be on a Customer Service call with a company where you know you won't get the same rep again and you've been on the call for like an hour or more only to have that call be dropped, one in 10 calls is a high number for sure

My current plan doesn't end for another 3 months. How long can I hold on to this before activating it or does it count as soon as received?

These deal has been going on for the last 6months or so, it seems standard pricing. I noticed the longer you are on the plan, the worst the performance.

$150 for a year of unlimited is hard to beat. I've been happy with Mint but they never run any deals for existing customers...

Just note that their big push ATM seems to be for matching/beating Mint's 6mo/$60 plan promo.

Their homepage shows the same $60 for 6 mo on each plan tier and a comparable/cheaper 12 month option for each:

  • Plan Amount | 6mo Price / 12mo Price
  • 10 GB | $60 / $75
  • 12 GB | $60 / $90
  • 15 GB | $60 / $108
  • 20 GB | $60 / $120
  • Unlimited | N/A / $150
For the <20 GB plans, the 12 month is actually cheaper per month (and potentially renewable).

Also the 12GB plan includes "promotional 12 month hotspot add-on up to 5gb per month" similar to the Unlimited $150 plan, while the other plans require purchasing the add-on for hotspot (both larger and smaller plans).

Smaller than 10GB plans also are available, but also have message/minutes limits.

They have a note that Plans have a 60 day window for activation after purchase, as an FYI.

how do i port my number... after choosing the plan it takes me to couple of screen (compatibility check etc) but do not see any port option anywhere
I bought this same plan 2 week ago and activated today. Essentially after you verify your phone's compatibility and then purchase the plan, they'll send you via the email you signed up with an order confirmation with the order number plus email verification. Once you log into your dashboard via infimobile's website, you can click activate sim, the next screen will ask for your order number and zip code, then it will ask you if you want a new number or port-in. All you need is your current provider's account number, phone number and port out pin. I switched from AT&T/FirstNet and it maybe took 5 mins for AT&T to notify me of the port-out request then 15 mins for the deactivation of their service then activation of Infimobile.

When I enter my IMEI it's telling me I can choose between Verizon and T-Mobile but then it says it's not eligible for the T-Mobile plan. I know T-Mobile works really well in my area so just wondering why that's not an option 🤔. Anyone else having this issue?
