The 12 months free hotspot is a nice addition. I'm tempted to add this on, but I still have 8 months left on my current plan. Service has been great. FYI: I use verizon through them and satellite texting works pretty well on my pixel 9 when I am out in the wilderness.

Sending pics, videos, I believe group chats also fall under this.
