Plus i dont reccomend this, it wont even utilize the 5070ti completely to the full 140W it wants (only 115W)

Caveat: Thin chassis means weaker cooling. To make up for it, this laptop uses low power CPU and low power GPU. It's likely that a full fledged laptop with regular 5070 and i7 performs as well or better at gaming, but the smaller size and weight are nice. For me I get to brag that I have a 5070 Ti.

Not likely, this deal is extremely good, like would have been a solid deal a year ago before everything went crazy with AI on memory and stuff. The ram alone is 450+ aftermarket at 32 GBs lol.
The downside is, Gigabyte has probably the second worst build quality after MSI, not usually a huge problem if you are someone who switches laptops every generation or so, but if you tend to hang onto them for 3-5 years, I have low hopes for that with a gigabyte vs Lenovo or ASUS gaming laptops. Though gigabyte is still a dramatically better brand on gaming laptops than MSI which is the other major brand usually priced around them.
