Community Reviews
US Mobile Unlimited Starter at $10 a month for six months stands out as a flexible short term phone plan, especially for anyone wanting to avoid paying a full year up front or to bridge a port in or temporary coverage need. The plan can be activated on Warp, Dark Star, or Lightspeed, and the six month promo is cheaper than paying monthly for Mint Mobile upfront. The main drawback is that the promo ends after six months, with regular pricing kicking in, and new customer eligibility requires the number to be off US Mobile for 30 days. Some also flag occasional missed inbound calls and worry about relying on future promos later.
The plan can provide flexibility to leave after one month or six months without paying upfront for a full year.
The 6-month $10 unlimited option can work well for short-term needs like supplementing weak AT&T signal at work.
The network mapping options let you choose Warp for Verizon, Dark Star for AT&T, or Lightspeed for T-Mobile during activation.
Using Shield internet with a data-only setup has reportedly delivered strong signal performance in multiple airports.
The promo can require switching plans and possibly carriers after six months, which creates risk if another deal is unavailable.
The post-6-month pricing appears to be confusing or incorrect, with reports that Starter becomes $25 and Premium becomes $44 instead.
Autopay timing can matter because missing the deadline reportedly ends the deal and returns you to the regular rate.
Inbound calling can reportedly fail intermittently, where calls may never ring and may not reach voicemail.

Can you prepay 6 months or only 1 month at a time?
Is this better or the yearly one?
What about roaming and international call and text but most importantly data?
If you choose this or the Mint Mobile, which is better?

Went over to Total Wireless to find out they have their premium 5G unlimited plan if you BYOD for $20 on autopay! Half the price I was paying at US Mobile too! I would use Total instead. They're owned by Verizon too. Hope this helps!
The price of Unlimited Premium after 6 months is $ 44, not $25.
I am not sure how to have this updated in the original post. Can someone please change this?
Thanks.

I've read others with this issue that have missed important calls that never rang them. I've never once had this issue on Visible, Metro, and a dozen other carriers. Right now it's not a complete deal breaker for me, but if it continues or gets worse, might have to leave. Just a heads up if you receive very important calls often!
