You can still fly into China, fly out of China, take the train in China with a battery pack without the CCC marking.
Note: If you have a domestic leg on your flight out of China, they will check for the CCC marking (ie. Shenzhen -> Shanghai -> Tokyo) - ask me how I know

This is a slim 10,000mAh Qi2 magnetic power bank that stands out for its compact size and convenient phone attachment. The 15W wireless charging and 27W USB C output make it useful for topping up a phone on the go, and the same brand's smaller model has a strong travel track record. The main concerns are the lack of a visible CCC marking for some China travel situations, the possibility that wireless charging may interfere with wired charging, and the 27W wired speed feeling dated next to faster phones. It is a practical option if you want a thin magnetic pack and can live with those tradeoffs.

The charger can work reliably for repeated travel use while staying thin and fitting in a pocket while attached.
The 5000mAh version can provide enough power for long sightseeing days without needing frequent recharging.
The charger can keep a phone running GPS all day during outdoor use while getting splashed with water.
The battery enclosure reportedly lacks a visible CCC certification logo, which can create confiscation risk for certain China travel scenarios.
Wireless charging cannot be disabled, and wired charging behavior may be throttled when wireless is active.
The 27W USB-C output can feel weak compared with newer iPhone wired charging speeds.
Wireless charging can work awkwardly on some phones when the camera lens interferes with the charging position.

That being said, 10,000mah is quite heavy to stick to the back of a phone in use, so I usually only end up using it at rest, at which point I might as well do wired, but up to your use case.
