Additionally, none of these will come with suspension - which seems overkill, but it's honestly amazing unless your yard is perfectly graded. Hope this helps!
I think the only thing I can ding the Stihl on is forcing the Briggs option and not offering a Kawasaki, but at least it isn't an Intek - and the price is more than right. I immediately did a test cut with mine and was very impressed with the low end torque for cutting, this mower is replacing a 24HP 42" Briggs Intek powered mower that I am retiring and the PXi was letting me cut twice as fast, with a way bigger deck.

There's just no solid discounts on mowers these days outside of Greenworks doing their regular discounts on their models, and electric changes so frequently still. I can't see getting parts to be easy, and while it would be reasonable to put 1,000 hours on this class of mower, I can't imagine an electric one going there. (Unless you drop 20K on a real commercial one, even then, parts have to be crazy expensive)
I've got about an acre of mowable lawn that I've been using a 28" dual-blade Craftsman push mower on. It takes me a couple of hours to do the whole thing; 45 min for just the front. I'm also lucky that my wife has been bugging me to get a ZT mower for years now, since I'm usually too tired to mow for hours at a time. By the time I get to mowing sometimes the grass has to be cut at the max mower height to prevent bogging.

It's a Ferris painted orange, I have zero concerns about my purchase at this price. You can find people having bad experiences with every other brand as well.
