It's an OK deal price-wise, but i would definitely not get this deal when visible just usually runs a 50% off deal for black friday on their annual plus pro plan ($225, $18.75/month effective), and you get 15 mbps hotspot (instead of 5mbps on base plan), and prioritized data. Way better plan for longer term.
That said, I personally have visible pro plus, which is the same high priority data like verizon's higher end post paid plans, which won't get slowed down in congested areas. Like powerfulgame, I also find that verizon has some noticeable deadzones. For me it's usually inside of large stores.
Every service has some deadzones, but it seems like verizon's have gotten worse over the last 5 years with the whole 5g transition. Even so, the service is pretty solid, and data speeds are good unless you're in a deadspot.

Visible is a low cost Verizon based unlimited plan that can work well for strong coverage and rural reach, with the higher tier Visible Plus adding prioritized data and a better hotspot allowance. The main appeal is the price, especially for long term prepaid service, and the upgraded plan has been described as worth the extra monthly cost. The main drawback is deprioritized base data, which can slow to a crawl in crowded areas and can be hit or miss indoors, basements, and parts of Chicago. It is a solid value if Verizon coverage is strong where you use it most.
Visible can deliver better data performance than T-Mobile in South Florida areas.
Visible Pro Plus can maintain higher-priority data that avoids slowdowns in congested areas.
Upgrading from Visible to Visible+ can be worth the extra monthly cost for longer-term use.
Visible's separate $5 off locked for 5 years deal can be better for customers staying beyond one year.
Visible service can be hit-or-miss in Chicago, including spots with no data.
Visible's base plan deprioritization can make data practically unusable in high-density locations.
Visible can deliver zero or weak data indoors and basements on Verizon-based service.
Voicemail notifications reportedly remain unfixed for months after discovery.

In places that have good signal for the higher-frequency bands, being deprioritized is much less noticeable, if noticeable at all. There is often plenty of bandwidth to go around.
And regardless of which network you're on, if you're someplace with thousands (or tens of thousands) of users in a relatively small area, being deprioritized usually means little-to-no data service.
And worth noting, even though T-Mobile has more capacity at lower frequency bands, Verizon covers more area geographically. There are lots of areas, especially rural areas, that are reached by Verizon's "small slice" of the lower-frequency spectrum that are not reached by T-Mobile.
