It has often been sold for less thru the LG partner store.

This might be the most recent, and at $1,134 with a soundbar, https://slickdeals.net/f/20117235-lg-partner-store-65-inch-class-lg-oled-evo-ai-c6-4k-smart-tv-2026-s40t-sound-bar-199-99-value-1133-99

Also $1299.99 via AAFES for military and vets. No tax! I think it can go lower.

I saw that the other day, does AAFES have a price adjustment guarantee?

With all the proof about what they're doing behind the scenes I don't know who would ever buy a TV from this company.

They are still the best looking TVs out there. Just never connect to the internet.

So many people say this can easily be bypassed with any sort of agreement between LG and any Internet provider to allow the TV to automatically connect to any nearby open network. Doesn't necessarily have to be your own. The only solution would be to take the TV apart and physically remove the wifi card. And probably the microphone as well.

I bought a C4 1.5 years ago and it has never configured to connect to WiFi.

Why? Not because I knew what they (lg) were doing. Because TCL forced an update to my tv that forced a visit to their Roku at power on and kept disconnecting the Apple TV to force back into their menu.

I just did the partner store G6 deal for $1800... Wish I saved a few hundred and did the C6 for $1200. I don't see a damn difference and FiOS caps at HD so 4K is far and few.
