Not this one. There is a separate family plan that costs $80. However, you can buy this one and ask their CS to convert it to the higher tier, by paying the difference (at least, this used to be the case). It's minimal savings though.

Its not all systems but quite a few and no you dont have to pay for the games individually they come with the membership, its a really nice perk.
