Reading the DETAILS, this pricing is only good for TWO MONTHS, then it goes to $13.99/mo thereafter... 😒
I have the basic with ads for 'free' included in our Walmart+ monthly subscription. Works well enough for us seniors; tolerable with ads grouped together in 2 minute segments, convenient for 'potty' breaks. 😁

I tried to make a new account and this code didn't work. Then, also I am a preexisting customer, I had app with W+ and used the free essentials version, had changed to Peacock app, so I downloaded and signed in on the Premium Paramount+ app and put code in and it worked. So It appears that it must be a target code to get preexisting customer back and also to get you to upgrade.
