Community Reviews
This is a very low monthly price for 24 months of unlimited Verizon service with 10GB hotspot, and the value looks strongest where Verizon coverage is solid. The plan is also reported to work well on T Mobile in some areas, with better reliability indoors and in basements when LTE is used instead of 5G. The main cautions are uneven coverage, dropped calls, and support that can be hard to reach or slow to fix problems. Activation is said to allow 60 days, so a shorter plan may be worth testing first.
Verizon coverage users who want a low monthly cost, because the plan works on Verizon and the effective price is about $11.45 a month for 24 months.
People who can stay on LTE in weak 5G areas, because LTE is described as more reliable for building penetration and steadier service.
Shoppers who want a long prepaid runway and can activate within two months, because the plan allows 60 days to activate.
People who need hotspot data on a prepaid unlimited line, because the plan includes 10GB of hotspot data.
People who need dependable customer support, because account and voicemail problems can take a very long time to resolve.
People who need consistent indoor coverage on T-Mobile, because signal can drop sharply indoors and in stores.
People who need a set-and-forget line with no service interruptions, because accounts can be deactivated after a few months.
People who need reliable data service for everyday use, because the data connection has been described as very bad.

Coverage indoors and in basements largely depends on what band your device is using. Lower frequency bands have much better penetration but lower total throughput potential. If T-Mobile doesn't have low frequency band coverage where you need it, you should switch providers, assuming your device had band compatibility for it.
Verizon's LTE was largely built on 700mHz which is why it had so much better coverage and reliability for so long. ATT and T-Mobile have purchased a lot of 600mHz relatively recently but I'm not sure how well deployed it is.
On iPhone you can check what band you're connected to by opening the dialer and typing *3001#12345#* and then look it up.
Hope the info helps : )
