This is a very low monthly price for 24 months of unlimited Verizon service with 10GB hotspot, and the value looks strongest where Verizon coverage is solid. The plan is also reported to work well on T Mobile in some areas, with better reliability indoors and in basements when LTE is used instead of 5G. The main cautions are uneven coverage, dropped calls, and support that can be hard to reach or slow to fix problems. Activation is said to allow 60 days, so a shorter plan may be worth testing first.

Common Questions (4)

  • Indoor performance depends heavily on the network band your phone uses. Verizon LTE on lower-frequency bands can penetrate buildings better, while 5G may be choppy and disabling 5G can improve reliability.

  • A shorter-term test is a safer way to check coverage and support before locking into a long plan. Some users report voicemail, activation, or account issues that took a long time to resolve.

  • This deal is Verizon-only and does not include T-Mobile. For better reliability in weak-building areas, LTE can be more dependable than 5G, and some users recommend keeping 5G disabled.

  • The activation window is 60 days. That gives you time to buy now and activate later if your current service still has remaining coverage.

I can confirm this. I changed from Mint. Went from 3-4 bars signal to struggling to get 1 bar (indoors and out) and dropped calls. They want me to use LTE so I can get 2 bars.

You have 60 days to activate, I asked CS as well just to confirm. I ordered the 3 year plan a couple of days before this deal came out.

Same experience with mint too. Everytime i go in to store it looses signal. I have tried mint so far and same issue. Finally moved to US mobile and ro regrets.

I got the Infimobile Verizon service and it's been just as good as US mobile basic unlimited coverage.

Coverage indoors and in basements largely depends on what band your device is using. Lower frequency bands have much better penetration but lower total throughput potential. If T-Mobile doesn't have low frequency band coverage where you need it, you should switch providers, assuming your device had band compatibility for it.

Verizon's LTE was largely built on 700mHz which is why it had so much better coverage and reliability for so long. ATT and T-Mobile have purchased a lot of 600mHz relatively recently but I'm not sure how well deployed it is.

On iPhone you can check what band you're connected to by opening the dialer and typing *3001#12345#* and then look it up.

Hope the info helps : )

It took them about 2 years to fix my voice mail. No exaggeration. Great deal if everything works for you. I would try out one of their shorter term plans first as a test.
