This is a very low monthly price for 24 months of unlimited Verizon service with 10GB hotspot, and the value looks strongest where Verizon coverage is solid. That sounds more like carrier coverage issue. Verizon 5g is woefully terrible, especially for building penetration. Just leave 5g disabled, LTE is plenty fast and more reliable
