anyone know anything about refinancing a car? i want to figure out if it's worth my time to go sit down with my lady and do the paperwork. i have all the essential information, i just have no idea how to figure out if it's worth my time or not laugh out loud

Never done it, but talked about it with Robert and the bank at one time. It's a good way to lower your payment, but if you don't have a chunk of money to put on it or you don't NEED to lower your payment, I wouldn't bother.



I really need to go to bed. Frown I'm so tired.

They're free here too. They're usually either in the evenings here, or they just last a couple of days suring the day. When I was a kid, it was an all week thing and there was always something special on Friday evening. Not anymore. Frown I've never heard of any non-free VBS! EEK!
$30 @ my parish. M-F 9-noon.

Took the boys to the zoo. Thank God Mini went with me. It would have been very challenging and short lived had she not. We had fun and it was nice to get out of the house. No-ey did great considering he's only 2 mos old. JJ loved feeding the Koi. He also noticed the balls in every exhibit before the animals. Facepalm He's obsessed with balls! :insertcrassjokehere:

Two main reasons to refi anything...

1 you reduce the monthly payment amount to a lot lower per month then you are paying now...so that you can better afford to make those payments...

2 Or keep the same payment amt, but a much better interest rate so that you pay the car off sooner as you'd be paying more principal each month.

The Problem is...that the up front fees a lot of times off-set any savings on the second reason above.

I think ours was $10/kid before they decided to take up a collection from one service on one Sunday and fund the whole shebang. I'm glad, too... I turned in $350 of art supply expenses today. Shocking They didn't even blink. Worked out to 20 cents per kid per day to decorate all the craft stuff. Not bad!

So proud of BT!! He had his 4th private swim lesson today and he is going to ROCK tomorrow's swim meet. I'll be thrilled if he comes in anything faster than last place. Really. laugh out loud He started in May and couldn't swim the length of the pool. He's made amazing progress already. Happy Mom!!

YAY! It's amazing how fast they pick it up. When we moved in this house, Jack couldn't swim at all. By the end of that summer, he swam better than anyone here. laugh out loud

I need opinions

In 4 weeks, they're opening a new restaurant in which I'll be transfering to as 1 of 4 shift managers. In 6 weeks my training will be complete and I'll interview into the shift manager postition. At that time I have the option to immediately interview as a Restaurant GM for the store I'm a manager at.....thoughts, opinions? wait? try for it?

That's a great idea for VBS! That $ has to come from somewhere to pay for supplies and such. I know the kids all get a tshirt as well. Nothing in this world is free. It may be offered for free to the consumer, but there is a cost that someone has to pay.
