Ok, so take a chicken breast, fold it up like a hard taco. In the groove put a chunk of bacon, a piece of mozzerella, alternating back and forth (about 3-4 pieces each). Then close the chicken breast around it and secure with toothpicks. Sprinkle seasoning on top of it, some red wine vinegar and put it in the oven at 350 for 30 minutes or something. I bet it would be good.

i'd grill a chicken breast, top it with cooked bacon and a thick slice of mozzerella, and enjoy it on a few pieces of Texas Toast
