It really pisses me off that with these school fundraisers, they convince these children, who are anywhere from 4 years old to 10 years old, that they can sell xx amount of products and get something like an ipad. Yeah. Right. So, we get disappointed children and they just go about their business.

($15 cookie dough, BTW...Mad I mean, they sent home another booklet with other stuff, but $15 cookie dough?!)

That's why we don't do the fundraisers. Our daughter gets it. First time she was Annoyed, then she was Big Grin at not having to do it, lol.

I just spent an hour going to businesses hitting them up for donations for our one and only fundraiser each year. We raised $60k in one night. Flex No cookie dough here!

FYI: Carl's Junior will give you a TON of coupons and gift cards if you look cute in a skirt. Girly

So...remember how we thought that kid took $20 from Nick's room? A girl told Nick on the bus today that the same kid stole $55 from her brother and him or his brother stole his bike, too. Then, someone else said his little brother stole THEIR bike. WTF?

I can not kill spiders. I have to trap and release them. In under three weeks, I've become the girl at work who will save you from the spiders. Nothing like getting a call (or hearing a scream LMAO ) that you're needed to come get a spider. Roll

They dislike them so much, but won't even kill the things. shake head

I won't buy the cookie dough because no one would eat it all and it's expensive, but I've heard it's amazing. If that helps you any. laugh out loud

I like that the kid's school does smencils (the kids don't sell them, but the school does and, at $2/pencil, I imagine they do fairly well considering my one kid thinks he needs anywhere from 2 to 5 of the things).

Man I hate that too. Elizabeth's school doesn't do any fundraisers at all. They just say at the beginning of the year to donate money if you can and if you can't that's fine too. No pressure. But Christian's school they have all sorts of stuff..."Sell 5 smart cards and you can go to a roller skating party! Sell 7 and you get a pizza party!" so then the kids feel bad being one of the only kids in their class that has to stay in school and work and not go to the skating party.

Wrapping paper pisses me off. At least I like cookie dough. Wrapping paper doesn't thrill me.

Geesh, messed up family. I'm glad he's not coming over anymore.

I'm usually the same way. Patrick always knows when I've found a spider cause he sees a glass and a piece of paper sitting in the middle of the yard where I threw it laugh out loud This one was too big for a glass. It was pretty cool looking if I didn't hate them so much. Oooh wait, I think Christian took a picture of it. I'll go find it.

Ok so it doesn't look that big in this picture but I swear to God it was huge, lol. That's where it used to live and I was ok with it because it wasn't where I walked.

Yeah, that little guy would be relocated ASAP. I'd have found some way to capture him and move him elsewhere and I'm not even scared of spiders. You are and you tolerated it by your front door. No way. laugh out loud
