They do give lots of points for weights. They need to add in a hand weight class - I take a class once a week usually that is all hand weights, but I can't stop and write down what all we're doing. Lots of squats, lots of curls and all that stuff.

Scratchchin Can you track the exercises maybe, and estimate the reps? I think there is a section for bodyweight exercises & you could add the hand weights in maybe. Dontknow I just found "assisted pull-ups" yesterday - before that I was putting in regular pull-ups but halving the reps since I couldn't figure the weight properly.

Check the forums too, there are lots of good suggestions and probably somebody else has raised this question...

I'll look at the forums. I put it in as an aerobics class last time, but that really doesn't capture the hell that is that class. laugh out loud
