In the continuing saga of AM's Family Sucks.... I RSVP'd everyone for a benefit spaghetti dinner tonight in support of a mom at school/scouts who is battling cancer. 3 adults/3 kids for my sister, her kids and my parents. Guess who's probably not going to make it?

As it turned out, BT puked all night, so the parental unit showed up at my place this morning to hang with them so I could run. So glad I had friends there to cheer me on!

So glad you have a positive outlet to burn off *some* stress. As for me I run a 5k in my house & yard chasing 2 little boys who thumb their noses at me daily. 18 hour days of this shit is really wearing me out. JJ doesn't meet the age requirement for preschool in the fall. I'm in dire need of a vacation, which to me is simply ONE night's sleep!

That said - I went with a buddy to lift today & did his program instead of mine. Different muscles worked = completely different kind of sore! It's a good ache, but I keep surprising myself when I reach for something and go "ow, shit!"
I wanna be all jacked like Lee Adama (me & a couple buddies are watching BSG all the way through) in a year.

Yeah. Same nephew puked again at 4 this morning and his sister puked around 9 this morning. My mom is green around the gills and in bed at 7:30pm with body aches, nausea and weakness.
