I'm such a goober. Walking out of the gym the other day & this super-hot female trainer who's always there when I'm lifting is coming in. She sees me, smiles & says "oh look you sweat in the shape of a heart!"
I look down, see it's true, and go "just like a Care Bear!"

I'm ready to go home. I'm exhausted from this "vacation." Isn't that always the case? We fly out super early tomorrow. Home by lunchtime.

I asked if she lifts at all - she said she does, light weights. I asked if she's increased them at all. Nope. No increase in weight in almost a year.
SO I am meeting her & my dad on Saturday at their gym to introduce them to the barbell.
(just realized I'm typing this while I sit here eating pizza BUT I lifted heavy today so
Look at Mr. Houttie Touttie.
After working all day I've spent the last three hours sheet rocking, taping, and mudding. So ready for this renovation to be over. We have the house rented starting June 15. Gonna be a fun month.
