This is going to be the regular holiday season pricing for this kit (ignore the trendline, it hasn't been $90 in months) and it's usually better to get it from Amazon for 5% back. Pretty good odds it goes below this price more than once this season.
This is a great round-the-house kit, the tools are light and powerful; this is one of the kits I recommend as why you never ever buy brushed tools these days. Metabo HPT Multivolt is a good system to be in for high-value tools and cheap batteries if you're a sale hunter, and it has an advantage that it's sold all over the place (Lowes, Acme, Amazon etc) that all run their own sales. The US branding is terrible, but these are Hitachi tools, not no-name slop.

I second this. I had gotten into the line a few years ago during a Lowes sale. At first I regretted it because they don't offer a lot of tools IN THE STATES. But, after using them regularly, they routinely punch above their weight. Very happy with them and have expanded my tools since. Each has been solid.
This is a smoking deal compared to the cheap $99 single battery tool kits that other brands are pushing this holiday. This kit is $169 in yellow with lower spec'd tools like plastic chuck.

Yeah someone in a thread on this deal earlier this year was implying that Metabo HPT was no name junk lol and worse than Ryobi. Was like... no it's price like Ryobi, but as long as you don't need the garden tool stuff (which their selection on sucks), Metabo is the brand to go with to get Milwaukee/Dewalt quality without their cost. Only reason I don't buy this kit is because I still have my original refurb pair from bigtools or whatever their name was from 15~ years ago. Had to replace both batteries in that time, but otherwise nothing and the new batteries are all still functional with mine. Crazy value.
