Chatted with agent and he told me purchase a new plan and the 50% would be applied. It won't let me do that as I have an active plan. My auto renewal is showing the lower price, is anybody else seeing that also?

Did you see it appear on your account? My agent said "You don't need to worry about missing out on the deal as your renewal date is in December and it will renew at reduced price" to which I asked "My yearly plan renewal will be at the sale price?" And they said yes. But I don't see any account changes

So interestingly, I signed up last year with the same promotional rate, and they are allowing me to renew at the same discounted 225/year rate. Worth talking to the customer service if you're still seeing a full rate renewal. There's definitely some promotion going on to retain existing customers

For my renewal page, $225 was due but the email from Visible said renewal is for $450. I didn't need Visible line anymore, so I didn't bother to ask but worth checking renewal section on the Visible app and see what it says.

I just logged into my acct because i was going to contact them to see if they'd apply the discount to my existing line and the discount is already there!

Says my renewal amount due on the 30th is $225
