These were clearanced out of most Walmarts a long time ago.
They were replaced with identical drives with the same model numbers but with the Sandisk Opitmus branding instead of Western Digital.

For future reference a clearance item you find in walmart doesnt go across all walmarts. I worked with them and realized they go based on overstock items to put on clearance. At least in the store I worked in
