Got an error when I replaced 'frysfood' with 'qfc' which normally works. So I used the frysfood link which prompted me to log into Kroger (QFC login works) and was able to clip the coupon that way. Coupon worked at the QFC register tonight!

You can sign into Kroger with your own store's credentials and clip the coupon. It should be active when you sign in to your own store's website.

It's not targeted or personalized, just probably meant to be regional. But the above and another poster's comments are a workaround.

I redeemed this coupon yesterday and I agree with you -- if you're not seeing the coupon, it probably has something to do with region (vs being targeted/personalized). I think the personalized coupons are marked/categorized as "Savings for You," and this one was not (I believe it was marked/categorized as "General Savings"). Furthermore, for the Fry's stores in my area, I can see the coupon when signed out of my account -- I don't think this would be the case with a personalized coupon.
