Even a deity has to keep up with the times--electricity isn't just for atmospheric disturbances any more, ya know. Of course I do have to take extra precautions against static when working on them. Lightning

Okay, so I borrowed my daughter's camera.

The grandkidlet is busying himself with some Legos on my kitchen floor. We're waiting for my daughter to get off work so the three of us can go out to dinner together.

I'm in living room on the couch just a few minutes ago. So, camera in hand, I curl up onto my back, trying to angle my leg into a similar LinuxChick fashion. I'm trying to get the content right and similar, you see.

So my daughter walks in from work.

"WHAT are you doing, Daddy???"

Facepalm

Blush

I may never be allowed back on the internets again.

145 pounds? Unsure That's what I did today, anyhow--but that was for sets of 30-40 reps, plus a "circuit" of leg curls, calf extensions, leg extensions, and hyperextensions. I don't generally use heavy weights for any exercises, even if that would be better for size--I'm more concerned about avoiding injuries than I am about setting any records. (And I do long-distance bike rides, too, which helps keep my knees happy.)

Deadlifts I'll go a bit heavier on--325 or so these days--but that's still for high reps, so I don't really know how much I could do for a single.

You do a good job laugh out loud

Circuits rock. Do you kind of make your own circuits and such?
