When you go to a Chinese restaurant, what do you order?

I am curious. When you fellow SD'ers dine in a Chinese restaurant (no, Panda Express doesn't count!
), what do you order? Typical sweet and sour pork, General Tso's Chicken?

Do you use chopsticks, a spoon, or do you just like it dumped on your face?
Mostly it's Asian bistros or places like PF Chang's which features a variety of Asian dishes. In which case I'm generally a pad thai, drunken noodles, or crispy duck kind of guy.
But IIRC when I did go to a Chinese-only type place, it was beef with broccoli or sweet & sour pork. And egg rolls of course.
fries
beef fried rice
chicken chow mein
