When you go to a Chinese restaurant, what do you order?

I am curious. When you fellow SD'ers dine in a Chinese restaurant (no, Panda Express doesn't count!
), what do you order? Typical sweet and sour pork, General Tso's Chicken?

as for the pot stickers....my mom makes them really good....
there's a place a little north of where i live that has the best noodles ever. they hand-pulled and made fresh for every order. noodles, spicy broth, and cut meat/veggies.
apps: pot sticker (prefer gyoza, but meh), jellyfish (spicy) and egg rolls with lots of the sweet 'n sour sauce.
as for dishes, i'll eat just about anything. my fav dishes are beef chow fun, kung pao chicken, and ma po tofu.
my mom makes it without it being too spicy and damn i never get tired of it

But if I COULD order yummy Chinese, I'd order Lemon Chicken. If no Lemon Chicken, then Sesame Chicken. Fried rice on the side.
Never heard of scallion pancakes, but they look interesting to try.
In regards to that pic of miso soup, I dunno where that was taken, but anywhere I've had miso soup there's usually ONE or maybe two (if I'm lucky) TEENSY TINY pieces of tofu in it. Cheapskates.

as for the scallion pancakes...try to get them from a place in Chinatown if you have one...from my experience, the ones from the local Chinese take outs aren't as good.
oh yeah and for that miso soup picture...i googled for the pics and found that one to be really nice...notice the smoke? haha.
