I am curious. When you fellow SD'ers dine in a Chinese restaurant (no, Panda Express doesn't count!
), what do you order? Typical sweet and sour pork, General Tso's Chicken?

Chicken Fried Rice
Beef Lo Mein
General Tso
Won Ton Soup
Hot and Sour Soup
Do you use chopsticks, a spoon, or do you just like it dumped on your face?
Thai food is awesome, but the few Thai restaurants here fall into two categories: super fancy/expensive, and not so fancy/not so expensive. And the not so fancy places have food that's just as good as the expensive places for half the price.
My Thai standbys are spicy chicken pad thai, pork pad see ew and tom yum gai soup.

As Anthony Bourdain stated, these will never fly in the U.S. with most Americans because they can't get past the mental aspect of it and the texture. Flavor-wise, it's delicious. Even reknown TV host, Richard Zimmern, can't get past the texture of those foods.
my mom makes it without it being too spicy and damn i never get tired of it
