whats the farthest you have driven in a car in 1 shot!?

yep im going to do it people, 12 hour drive leaving at 7:30pm and arriving thursday morning. i did it once before but in the day, only stopped 2 times to drain the lizard. i know i have the willpower to drive through the nite without falling asleep at the wheel. god i love vacations. this will be 2 of 3 this year.

has anyone here topped a 12 hour drive in 1 shot????

I did Washington, DC to Madison, WI myself in one shot. left at noon, should have gotten in around midnight, with the time change. it ended up being more like 1:45am, got stuck behind a huge wreck on the Ohio turnpike, literally took almost two hours to go from MP13 to the indiana state line, for a not quite 15 hour drive.

NYC to Toledo (on my way to Chicago): drove for ~550 miles 1st day then got too tired.

NYC to Maine (Baxter State Park): ~550 miles ~12 hours with stops and 3 drivers
