Lets see, had a busy day yesterday.. running around most of the day. Went to target, looked for clearance.. didn't find much.. cashier selection was the pits.. left without buying anything
A few of us from church decided the building needed a good cleaning, so we went up last night to work on it. I dropped my kids at home and headed up. I told my oldest DD to put my 3 year old down to bed. I knew she should be tired because if was a long day and she played hard.. But, I also know my DD doesn't have as good of luck with her usually. I told her to just try around 10.. Anyway, she sent me a text that my sweet girl was asleep by 10:10 pm.. Said she read her a book, rocked for a minute and then she sat on the floor beside her bed for a few minutes cause she asked her to, then she left.. sound asleep without a peep. So, I think I am gonna let my DH and DD handle bedtime from now on
Of course, the easy bedtime that was earlier for her translated into a 7 am wake up for me this morning.. She just doesn't require much sleep.. Almost always wakes up about 9 hours from when she goes asleep, no matter what time that is..
And.. of course, I was up cleaning til after midnight.. didn't get to bed til 3 am, so mama didn't get 9 hours
oh well, Keurig to the rescue!
VBS went very well this week. My highest attendance day was definitely Wed, with 28 kids. Loved it.
Then everybody goes down into the gym, which is full of moon bounces and other various bounce houses. I was on snow cone duty, and we easily made well over 300 snow cones in under 2 hrs. Craziness. But so fun.
I think my 2yo had way too much fun this week, though. She woke us up around 1am with a horrid croup cough. Gave her a breathing treatment, not sure it helped much. But she slept with us the rest of the night, which means daddy and baby slept, but not mama very much.
Hoping to get some major shopping done today! Harris Teeter and Target are on the agenda, and maybe a drugstore or two.

It is 11 am and everyone including DH is still asleep.. just me and my 3 year old hanging out.. SHe actually passed out for about 2 hours earlier in the chair watching TV. I feel like I could pass out right now

Kind of an ironic morning at tn's house. My house was filthy dirty when my SIL and brother came to visit and she cleaned every night after I went to bed. Mopped every single night she was here. What do I have today? Sugar ants in the dry cat food

I hate Comcast/Infinity!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We no longer have service with them because they charged us for disconnected services and will not credit and their customer service is horrible, just price gouging mean people!
Sprint Mobil Hotspot is not that great, when DH uses it in his office then I can't get it, and he has been so busy working. I only ever get a minute here and there to get online and it is never enough to even read one page of posts on SD let alone catch up on a thread. I am so lost on the deals and current coupons. It has been almost 8 weeks since I have set foot in Target! Crazy huh?! But I need to get on the ball and steal the hotspot and plan a few trips we are out of nearly everything right about now and I have not got one single thing for BTS.
I knda burned out on couponing, plus we have been out of town three times in July. It was a nice break but now I need to get back to it

I have a quiet house for the next two hours. Three kids are sleeping, hubby is away at a youth activity, and mama's gonna clean some, surf some, clean some, and surf some. Oh, and make this. yummmm [smittenkitchen.com] Minus the alcohol, which I know is just shy of sacrilege to some here.

Remember the bigger one? The beaver? Heidi loves it... squeak squeak... squeak squeak... We headed to bed the other night. She jumped up in her spot at the bottom and laid down. Jumped back down, ran out to the living room and came back with the beaver. Fortunately, she didn't feel the need to squeak it during the night.
