Oooh..Hmm If (and big IF cause we never get the good ones) I did get one of these, could I do a missed cpn for a purchase I made Sunday? My purchase was around $600 Sunday. shake head

Found out the dental bill for my son's braces..vomit I just wanted to faint. I already had an idea but just hearing/seeing the numbers made it real. Bill for the whole thing is $5036 of which I have to pay $1060 today/tomorrow down payment, ins. will pay $1500 and then we have to make monthly payments set up to be paid off in 20 months. UGGH~~
I am trying hard not to get worried or discouraged. But I am also paying out $150mo for a school trip my son has in May. I keep telling myself that between both things, it is almost the amount of a car payment (which we haven't had for years!) and won't be having for awhile. I realize to some this is just a measly amount and I am grateful that this is the only real medical bills we have ever had, so with that I will say I really feel for those who have medical bills..they are no fun!
We are a tight budget family who doesn't really have alot of extra wiggle room in the budget but will try to make do. These last couple months are the worst financially for us..Christmas, tags/taxes on vehicles, property taxes on house, Christmas LOL and with 2 teenagers Christmas is enough make you go crazy!

Good point on the GC cpn..to give it first. It has been so long since I have used one. But checked the mail today and no toy book.
We have pretty good insurance also, thankfully, we haven't had to use it for anything major. I have thought about it all day, the thought of paying out that much a month, and we will just have to deal with it and not stress over it. Everything always seems to work out somehow. LOL
I would have a yard sale every week if I could, cause I really love having the extra money. That is our fun money. DH works and I stay home, so it really is amazing how a little extra yard sale income will make for a terrific month! It is getting way too cold here for a sale, so I am just stockpiling for April when I can have another one. BTW..Fridays are usually great days here for sales, but I am only 'open' from about 4pm-7 or so depending on daylight. But ladies love to come after work/before they pick up kids from daycare. Plus alot of them say that they have soccer games, etc sat. morning and can never make it then. The last time I had one on friday, I made more in those 3 hrs than I did on Sat.

morning.

i hate when they make changes w/ no announcement. they did them at midnite and when i went to my user cp, all of a sudden i didn't recognize the page and didn't know where my reps had gone. i like seeing my nice shiny reps every time i go to the now n&a. Teehee i don't like having to go to another page. don't like to have to refamiliarize myself w/o any guide or key. it's not hidden treasure. should be transparent.

going to see tower heist tonite. not enthused but dh really wants to see it for some reason.

morning.

lost my post cuz comcast constantly logs me out every morning when i try posting.

that activity box needs to be moved.

the admins need to stop calling it user cp and getting everyone confused. if you are going to change the name, the people who get paid to work on it need to get on the wagon and call it what they renamed it, *notification &activity*. what a mouthful! i would call it n/a but that would be really confusing. but it's so easy to type!

going to see tower heist later. i'm not interested but for some reason dh really wants to see it.
