i can't believe so far i haven't heard or seen anything i want to buy black friday. i think this is the first yr in over 15. nothing is grabbing at me. my nephew wants to get the 32" tv for $199 at walmart so i guess i'll be going but so far not buying. i did tell him about a 32" tv on amazon that would be cheaper b/c no tax and free shipping so maybe he won't even want to go either.

sil wants to get an ipod for her fil for his bday but she hasn't given any specifics so if she doesn't want the black friday special ones, no need for her to go out midnite either.

There aren't really a lot of things that I think are interesting either. Maybe Weeds on DVD from Target and that's pretty much it. Not much for getting up that early anyways.

Nothing exciting to me for BF either. But when you don't have young kids to buy for, or a lot of familly, it really changes things. Sometimes I enjoy going out later in the day just to see how trashed all the stores look and to people watch. Tonight I bought hubby's and son's gift, booked them a Las Vegas trip. They love going there and I enjoy my week at home alone. laugh out loud

ohhhh, ok. i checked bryantq's public stream and didn't find a rep from you but i found a lot of other confusing stuff. stuff i don't even think belongs in his stream or at least it's not labelled correctly. why would the bold belong in his stream? here are the most recent activities. i clicked on the first bolded one and rambuctious quoted bryantq, not dd05 so i think it's messed up.

as for cgrady, yeah he does fix stuff but it took him a year + to fix my disappearing subscriptions. and i just cannot believe it took him over a yr to figure out to insert a little diagnostic to see what was going on when the subscriptions unsubscribed. once that was installed, the problem was fixed in a few days. and he was a little hard-headed about the whole thing, he didn't believe the subscriptions were unsubscribing b/c he couldn't duplicate it. in effect calling the bunch of us liars.

i see he fixes things lots faster now.....

don't you have an IT background? can you tell me why i keep getting signed out? i was signed out twice in the last 4-5 hrs. i used to get signed out my first post of the day. meanwhile dh is pretty much permanently signed in so he can get freebie alerts.

no sightings of gg. it's weird that she got banned but her profile is still up. i don't understand why they did that.

Yeah, I've noticed the mislabeled stuff too but I think they're aware of it. I don't work in IT; I'm just semi-geek so I guess I fall somewhere in between you and them. laugh out loud

I haven't had the same problems as you with subscriptions and staying logged in, but I can imagine how frustrating it must be. I think some bugs are just tough to figure out and they take longer to fix when you're working on other stuff too. I wish I knew how to fix it for you myself. Comfort

As for me, I've been stressed out with a bunch of RL stuff for a while now & I've been using the iPad more often, so I haven't been keeping up with everything or posting very much here. I hope you've been well aside from the technical issues. hug

This is the first I've heard... so we'll have to wait for ST to fill us in. I'm not in it either but maybe we should join it. I was just wondering about her because I worry about her sometimes.
