If my little Wags 01¢ Pedometer is correct, I walked 4.28 miles today. I am feelin' it for sure tonight. Just did my last Wags run and unloaded a case of printer paper, 3 packs at a time! Well 4 packs the last trip. That stuff is heeeaaavy.

So, the weather is crazy around here I tell ya.. we entered Spring with high 80's.. Had the air on for weeks now because the pollen is too bad to leave the windows open.. Now we have this windy cool weather and it was down right cold in the house this morning.. I refuse to turn the heat back on though, so we are snuggling under blankets this morning.
Had a crazy day at work yesterday, plus fighting a cold/allergies and would be perfectly content to sit on the couch and drink coffee all day, but my kids have other plans for me... Gotta drop my daughter at photography class at 2:30, pick my son up at 3:30, take my daughter to practice music after that because she is in a band competition this weekend with another girl.. picking her back up at 5:30 and then leaving again at 6:30 to head to her piano recital *sigh*.. looks like dinner will be something picked up on the run tonight!
But, on the positive note, school is winding down for us now

i think i lost weight from all that hiking on vacay at Zion Nat'l Park, Bryce Canyon Nat'l Park and Red Rocks outside of vegas and my body wants to get back to the old weight so i've been CRAVING carbs. and sadly i think i'm back to the old weight already.

anybody know anything about external hard drives? like can you back up multiple computers on one hard drive or is it one per computer? i'm thinking of doing this deal but getting the 1T instead of the 2T b/c dh said our computer doesn't even have 500gb but i dunno, we have a lot of pictures. anybody know how to see how much memory the pictures in picasa has taken up???

if one external hard drive can back up more than one computer than i would get a larger one cuz then we could back up dh's laptop too.
was also talking to dh's friend and he said you really need 2 external hard drives, you need another one to back up the first one. i've heard this b4 but i don't want to buy 2 of the same thing, so i will get one now and then wait for another deal to come along. he also said they die about every 2 yrs and that's exactly what has happened w/ this one and the previous one.
the sad thing about all this is dh hasn't lifted a single finger and he has more pictures than me. and he worked in IT for over 20 yrs so he has way more experience and knowledge of computers than me. and when i asked him to hook up the wireless router w/ all-in-one printer he said maybe the current one already has it. he conveniently forgot that it does not and he said he was ok w/ having to hook up his laptop to the printer every time he wanted to print something or we wanted more q's. if it had the capability, you would think he wouldn't have to plug his laptop into the printer for the last 2 yrs. and the sad thing is i bought the router in a slickdeal and he decides to hook up the older one from work that had just been lying around for who knows how long.
