Re: Backing your stuff up, having lots of pictures - have you considered backing your pictures up remotely to a Skydrive or other online storage site? That way if anything would happen in your home, your photos are safely backed up elsewhere. I know there are some free for a certain amount of storage but even if you need more and have to pay they are still pretty cheap or have multiple free accounts.

I back up photos to my Skydrive and some documents like receipts for things under warranty -- mostly Square Trade stuff.
i ate oranges, cauliflower, zucchini and grape tomatoes yesterday. Big Grin and my dumplings had cabbage in them. and a cup of oj. so i strived for 5 yesterday and think i did ok!

hmmm, have to look into online storage.

i don't understand dh. he knows our computer is slowly dying. actually it did die one time and and he had not backed up our pics after a trip. so lucky my brother was able to retrieve everything. our seagate external hard drive has been offline exactly 28 days (get stupid pop-up reminders) and we did just get back from a trip w/ priceless pics w/ our goddaughter's family/his bff and he doesn't do a thing at all.

i will have to look into online storage. i did buy a whole bunch of dvds planning to back up the pictures on separate disks but on the trip his bff told me that even though it is digital, disks degrade over time, just like vhs and magnetic tape and is not a permanent solution.

also the sd reader on our computer all of a sudden isn't working and he doesn't express any concern. just more proof our computer is dying. i don't understand his total lack of concern. it makes me very fustrated.

maybe that will be my second backup, instead of getting 2 external hard drives. 2 totally different methods might be a good answer.

for once the SNS thread is hotter than shoprite and even target. i need to go read b4 i go today to do the scott double dip.

I remember feeling this way with my older DD, but I guess since he is my 'baby' I am feeling it more so this time. More of a "well now what do I do" for me kwim? This has been my thing to do everyday for all these years. Today will be the first day of him driving to/from school by himself. Each day seems to go faster when they get this age..Frown
My youngest has had her license for over a year now, heading toward 15mos. It just seems like she just got it. I am the same as you as it being what do I do now, funny thing is it won't take long and you will be into doing something for yourself that you are glad they can take themselves places on their own.

i need to start journaling again. i totally have not been thinking about what i've been sticking in my mouth and doing portion control. and the fruits and veggies have not been a priority.

My oldest has had his for about 18 months.. I still get nervous, especially when my other kids are in the car with him. My 17 year old still doesn't have hers.. Working on her getting it by summer.. I need to find a reasonable, safe car for her.

And, we would love to have you in the diet thread.. we used to be a big group, but have dwindled down some.. we welcome everyone. If you are interested, send a PM to GT6 cause she is the admin that started the group and she can add you Smilie

Are you gonna miss your oldest DD when she leaves this fall/late summer? Sounds like you will (or maybe you just don't want to think about it quite yet). Start stocking up on towels, bath carrier (to haul to the shower), quarters (for the laundry), gift cards (that you can send on special occasions...halloween, valentine's, st. patrick's day, etc)

My niece is having surgery tomorrow in Nashville on her foot.

Is it just me, or does anyone else feel their blood pressure whenever they see a certain poster posting? I swear, SG just gets my goat and I wanna post a snarky comment whenever I see her post, but ... I refrain. laugh out loud

Did great at CVS and RA this morning, stopping in at Giant on the way home school pickup. Anything I am missing at Target this week?

Yes! But not sure if it same person, probably Wink

I have been MIA, DS is SO sick. His cough is horrible, sometimes it makes him kinda do a puke thing, but not puke regular puke, like mucas and slober. Scary! Fever was so high for 3 days over the weekend, 103+, took him to Dr and he has some cold/virus + allergies which is responsible for the bad cough. Lungs are clear tho. Ear infection is why fever won't go down Frown He has been so clingy, grouchy, demanding, always needing something or just to be held that I have litteraly done nothing for days but try to take care of him and then cook dinners, and *try to* keep up on the dishes. That. is. all. And I am so TIRED! He tosses and turns all night and I have to bath him to bring the fever down.

Good news is I am healing pretty good I think. Bruising way down and swelling too, my bra is fitting that side again. Only hurts now if bumped or squished. Almost just a bad scary memory now Embarrassment

I really need to shop, we are out of stuff. And I have no idea what is new or any deals at all. I wasn't even able to get a paper on Sun Frown

Also, WTH is up with Maurchan prices being so hign on the bay Confused It is only a .50 cent coupon! Mad I just need enough to stock up enough for the summer for the kids lunches when I don't have time to make lunches or run out of groceries.

I know I need Arrowhead coupons, we did not get them in this region, but at least they are kinda priced decent.

Maybe if someone has bought coupons lately and knows the hottest/best/O ones I should get from this last Sun, I would really appreciate a PM. But only if you have the time I KNOW how insane RL can be for sure.

Buying coupons sucks!

I am going to try to do a recap search in the deals thread and see how much I get through reading whilst trying to make dinner and comfort DS, but I know there have been people not doing their days...

ST that is a great deal on the paper, I need some badly, and some toner too.

TN and all congrats on the dieting stuff, my pants are tighter, I have been doing bad. sad.

PHOTO I love the wags deals you put together. Thank you for listing them out in here. I hope to have time to actually read them in a few and see if I have any of the coupons.

We need to back up all our pics too! ASAP!
Also, I need a remote controll for life so I can at least pause and catch up! Or take a nap & not lose a second! BOTH!!

I miss you guys hug

...First off I did several to turn over my $6/$9rr from last week and then continued to roll between these 2 transactions:

1 psoriasin 5.00
1 kotex 3.99-1mq=2.99
2.01 needed in filler items (again tried to get stuff that was on my grocery list)
10.xx-$10 icool rr= .xx get $5 and $3

...The best part of WG for me is to be able to use the Moneymaking RR's to buy as much of my groceries as possible and pocket my grocery money!! It really is a win win!!
If you have any questions or need more help, I would be happy to try. JLMK
Wow! Just came across this thread as I was looking for Target info.

Do you run these as multiple transactions in one pass or in several passes? And, it seems the WG staff don't give you any hassle for this, correct?

I have a WG a bit of a distance away (less convenient than Target for sure), so have not paid a visit, but I thought they were much like CVS with a very small grocery/snack section. Nice to stock up on everyday items for free.

Thanks for sharing.

Read the Krap-Mart thread and see if your head hurts.

There is a poster that obviously can't multi-quote, so 5 posts by them, then one post from someone else, 5 quotes again and then two posts from someone else, and so on.

Good Morning!
First cup of coffee isn't working well enough, so a second cup will be a must today. lol

I plan to make some more WG and T stops today. I had my very nice AM order 10 of each of the RR items this week and they were supposed to get them yesterday.

Like everyone else, I am not sure what to get at T. Revlon, dixie cups/plates, glade, belvita, gold/plump ckn and a few c9 shirts for DH (those q's exp 5/1).

We cleaned out one of our freezers this weekend. And it is so full of all kinds of food. I was getting overwhelmed between it and the pantry that I told my family we are NOT buying groceries until after vacation (end of may)! We could eat for a month and still have stuff left. Sooo I am going to try really hard to just get the weekly lunch stuff, fresh veggies/fruit, bread, milk, and eggs for the next month.nod
So what happens, I look at the ads for this week and they have hotpockets/leanpockets for $1.00 box at a newly opened store. uggh...I feel like I really NEED to buy some.

I did make sure to tell them that if I can 'make money' by buying the item, all bets were off. It WILL be coming home with me. LOL

Multiple transactions. I have at least 4 stores. 2 will let me do unlimited transactions and the other 2 limits.
I had some stuff ordered so it would not be a problem.

LOL on " bit of a distance". I have to drive 45min just to get to a store, so I do as much as they will allow me to do. Not worth the gas otherwise.

Hope eveyone has a great day. One day closer to school being out!! Supposed to be 83* today. Beautiful!! May stop and buy some flowers to plant.

Thanks so much everyone for your support and prayers

.Nikayla.. Glad you had a good outcome , sorry you had such a scare ,
and a tough go of it otherwise.

I love the remote control comment.

Do they have a coupon for them ??

TN. In the interest of not have several individual posts Wink, I am doing it this way,
because my ability to snip long posts is problamatic due to being unable for some reaon to be precise in deleting , my mosuse seems to want me to delter everythjing or nothingFrown. Tyrant that it is.

I hope your nieces surgery and recuperation go well, I know she has an activity she loves and alot finacially riding on it .

Your right about my sister going quick , and I wonder if she didn't on some level decide she wsan't up for what my mother has been going through all these many years after her stroke
Though what my sister had was a heart attck not a stoke , I wonder if she ever had time to realise what happened to her.

At least she hung until to see her daughter get married ., that was roughly two weeks ago.

My sister though didn't seem to have any health problems so this was quite a shock to us all.

Oh and by the way all, you may not be "able to take it with you "
but it is really pricey on the way out, soo maybe because the funeral parlor gets last dibs ... shhh....

Busier than a one armed paper hanger with arrangments but wanted to check in.
