I have been asked about the extreme couponer and I use the opportunity to let them know how fake the show really is.
Really nothing at all works for me but just plain old envelopes. I have a few plastic shoe boxes full of envies labeled with different catagories.
Mostly I try to make my runs into envies as I get and or cut coupons. I have 4 or 6 envies out and once I cut/print I put in envie and write list on outside of envie. After 5 yrs that is the only way I can do it, I am to disorganized for anything else. Over half my shoe box is sorted the front has stuff I still need to catagorize or am planning to use soon. It is also where I add found coupons to before I use or sort them like peelies, tearpads, etc.

Every time more changes like this come about I am even more glad we've changed our shopping habits some. More Aldi and grocery store super-sales, somewhat less couponing....don't get me wrong I still use them, just not on the same level as before. If I want to eat less processed foods I have to spend more of my grocery budget on that anyway, plus my distance from the stores I couponed more at has increased, and got sick of empty shelves when I did go. I didn't think the deals had been as good anyway and it was time to revamp and re-evaluate. For me in my situation it has definitely been better. With not spending SO much time clipping, sorting, making lists, shopping, etc. I have more time for exercise, family, etc. and spend less in gas money

And yes I've had that happen here as well. I did use 8 mq today because I found that I had 8 of the Schick bogo left that expire today. Had to use those up! Also had 8 of the Suave b2g1 but since those state limit 2, only used 2. Too bad those expire today as well.
Don't even get me started on cashiers/ gstl that won't allow ANY coupons if there is a gift card deal involved.
