Thanks tn. I have 2 CVS opening soon here. Hope you get those mastered so you can school me. Big Grin
Ha... first time I've set foot in a CVS in months... favorite cashier has been gone over 3 months and I didn't know she had left. rydergal and Kalanchoe are the gurus/wizards of CVS. I think L2Bee also shops there.

CVS, to me, is the easiest of the 3 drugstores. They do have much tighter limits, but I have found that working within those limits, with 2 cards, keeps me plenty busy. Wink I don't get nearly the headache with them that I do when I shop at Wags. Wags makes me think too much, and the stock is never dependable in my area. RA, on the other hand, is a roller coaster. Sometimes its awesome and other times its not.

I used to get aggravated at CVS not having stock - but that was when the limits were high. One nice thing about CVS is that they give rain checks WITH the ecb amount. So you still get the ecb when you purchase the item later.
But I still find CVS a complicated place to shop.

Back from vacation Smilie We had just a lovely time in St. Louis. DD's favorite place was The Magic House....and of course the zoo - she had taken her piggy bank money to go to the build-a-bear there and got an elephant that she completely decked out in clothes, shoes, etc. it was very special. That is one awesome zoo and I'm not really a huge zoo person either. City Museum was quite the sight to see although dd was I think a little apprehensive because it's just a little bit "dark" in there. Already planning a second trip when she's a bit older! I think we could have spent two days in each place we went there was just so much to do.
Wow! I live right across the river from St Louis and was kicking around over there last week with my nephew's nine-year-old twins. (They went back home to Oklahoma today) I would have waved at you if I knew you were there. We ALMOST went to the Magic House and the Zoo, but didn't make it to either.

Was the Magic House very crowded?

Stopping in for a minute to introduce baby Nolan. I went in for an amnio on Monday and things weren't looking ood so they decided to deliver Monday night. Had some minor complications but overall we're both doing well.

He was born 7/2/12 at 6:18 pm, weighing 7 lbs 3 oz and measuring 20 inches long. Hopefully the picture shows up. Smilie

Wave morning HDD.

I shopped at CVS yesterday and will today too. I need to master CVS before Wags goes further off the cliff.

Nivea Men's Q10 Shaving Cream is $4.79 here, $3 IP in the printable thread. Gives back $2 ECB with each purchase and supposedly the Red Coupon Machine is printing out $4/$20 purchases today.
On the Nivea Q I just keep getting:
Error! (OCAP)

I am not sure what was up with that. But I googled it and was able to access it from another site. Odd.

you obviously haven't been reading the printable thread for 3 days. SD has a problem inserting extra characters INTO the link (you can't just strip off the front part anymore). Direct links and sharer links will not work UNLESS you reply to the post with the link, copy the link and then abandon the reply. Open a new browser, paste it, and voila it works.

This is the reason my hair is grayer today than it was on Friday!

Back from NC and PA. Wow that was some crazy traveling for us. MIL picked Hatteras Island in the Outer Banks for beach week in NC. There were 3 families and 2 houses. No plans on what to eat, when, what to do...so I started just making plans for my kids to survive during that time and she just popped up with last minute stuff to scew me up. I shut my mouth since she paid for it all. DH's youngest brother was here from OR w/ his gf. He is the baby and at 30 something he still acts like more childish then my 3.5yr old. He had a flat on his rental car and acted all pissed at having to call AAA/rental company to get it fixed. It took the stepdad calling AAA to get the spare on and his mom to take it to a shop to fix the tire and put it back on Facepalm. I thought he was all grown up when he said he was closing on a house and moving in w/ his gf. Come to see she is a wacko in disguise ... all nice and cutesy but the second to last night she forced him to drink at least 4 FULL glasses of wine while she had 1/10 filled...even putting the glass to his mouth and holding it until he finished them. WTH! He threw up in the morning. Either she was not in the mood Wink, wanted to get pregy, or was trying to make him throw up whatever he ate that day she was not happy about (she "cleanses" often).

PA was awesome! The drive was nuts though as the kids were more unhappy for that 2.5hr drive compared to the 8hr to NC each way. My cousin got married near her home in an old mill. Our boys were the ring bearers. DS3.5 made it but DS2.5 stopped mid way to come to me and when I whispered to go to his brother he yelled a loud "NO" while pointing with his little finger at me. I just wanted to Hide. Everyone thought it was cute so we are in the clear LMAO

Now it is time to go to the doc for DS2.5 checkout...we'll see if he is growing okay :praying:. Then it is off to T w/ my 3 boys! Blowkiss I've missed you all.

Which river? laugh out loud We actually stayed in Fairview Heights, IL, which was like 20 min. into downtown (further to the magic house but we went there before unpacking @ the hotel on Weds.) because we like things to be quieter, cheaper, etc. No paying for parking or internet, etc.

The Magic House was waaaaay busy. Everything was way, way, way busy. I would love to take dd back there in a year or two but in spring or fall during the not-so-busy seasons and when it isn't so hot. It's about a 5 hr. drive from here.

But I was staying in St. Charles, MO on Wed and Thursday nights. LOL

I wish I would have kept up with this thread. I had BOGO tickets to the Magic House I could have given you. They have them in the St. Louis Entertainment Book. I get several books every year for the $5/$50 Shop N Save coupons.

My great-niece and nephew were here visiting for 2 weeks. It was their first time visiting without their dad. They stayed at my mom's most of the time - and I got them for a couple days each week.

Choice Hotels has a deal where you get a $50 gas card if you stay two separate times from mid-May to mid-August so I was looking to see what deals I could find on a hotel. I just did a search of hotels within a 50 mile radius of St. Louis and sorted by price and the Quality Inn in St. Charles came up with a room with a King Size bed and sofa sleeper for $19 a night Bigeye I thought it was an error because all of the other rooms were close to $100. I think this one was supposed to be $109. But I booked it (with the AARP rate of $16.15 a night). It was a bit of a risk though because they could have refused to honor that price as an error. But they just shrugged and said "I am not sure why that rate came up."

I ended up paying $20 because of tax and the fact that they charge you $2 a night if you use the safe - and my nephew opened and closed the safe 3852 times. He definitely got $2 worth of entertainment out of it - opening it, closing it, locking things in it, changing the combination over and over and over again. And I sure didn't want to complain about my bill.

But it worked out well because we had already stayed at a different hotel in St. Louis the week before for $50 a night - so this stay qualified me for the $50 gas card. So I got a big chunk of my motel money back.

yes, but so does every blog that you read. HCW definitely gets paid per click. The only way around it is to navigate and find the Qs yourself (coupons.com, zip XXXXX etc)
