Not sure why she said 3. I don't think she knows what she wishes for - lol! Mavis, naturally, is oblivious right now to everything.
As far as SD, I've been having problems since Sunday when I edited the Printable wiki and I know jd's been having issues with the Publix wikis. SD adds the Black Friday stuff and the rest of the forums get the shaft...

Ugh... go figure. I know I have computer issues also, so that doesn't help.
I have been wanting to put Sriracha sauce (hot sauce) on everything, and can't stand to finish a cup of coffee. The coffee thing is what made it click for me... lol. I stood pouring over half a cup down the drain and thought "hmm... that's weird for me..."

yes, it was totally your suggestion that opened my eyes. we don't have kroger and publix where i am, so the little shoprite thread and even smaller stop and shop thread is nothing in comparison. i forgot last night to give you credit in the deal thread cuz i hadn't been on in 2 days and was busy catching up and admiring but i will when i find a spare moment from cleaning up for my in-laws.
Anyone else having issues with posting? I have had issues both in regular posts and in trying to update wikis. Grr.
so the major players currently are tsarina who has volunteered to be the day to day wiki person except in septembers, hddvdtv who tirelessly maintains the tq's, clipandshare who will keep the wikis clean, tn will be our advisor and i will be the senior liaison for now and maintain communication.
so the first thing i would like to throw out is:
why don't we make the deals and steals the first wiki? i'm thinking all the other stuff mainly for newbies can be in the other wikis. i especially would like to hear what tn has to say since the publix thread has more than double the wikis we have right now and she does the coupon matchups wkly.
what is being taken care of currently:
tsarina right now is working on deleting the duplication of info. much of the outdated info in the first post was updated in the wiki but we couldn't get rid of the outdated stuff which made for lots of confusion for noobs.
i estimated 4 wikis and maybe a spare 5th one which we did not get. if after tsarina has gotten rid of the dups and one of the wikis becomes free, i think a clearance/seasonal wiki would be awesome. i'm thinking it should be last b/c there is not always hot clearance like right now. if we can't clear a wiki for clearance then i think it should go at the bottom of steals and deals. this would probably be where clipandshare would do the most work.

Personally, I prefer the Deals Wiki to be first, since that's what I use more when mobile. I usually shop with my one year old
There is still a little more duplication to get out of the Wiki, and I've been trying to get rid of outdated info (ie TQ generators/mpp, coupon websites that are no longer in business, etc) and make sure that the links are all current. I think that the Wiki 1: Deals/Holiday, Wiki 2: Coupons,Wiki 3: Thread Rules/FAQs with the fourth Wiki as an extra is what makes sense to me, but it's up to y'all. I think that the way that Slowtech laid it out sounds good to me, with all bases covered. As she said, the only "iffy" time for me is September, since I work in Navy accounting and that is the end of the fiscal year, when commands go a little crazy making sure contracts are good, money spent, money recouped, etc. But SUPPOSEDLY (it comes from DoD higher ups, so I take it with a grain of salt) they are starting the fiscal year end process earlier this year, so hopefully September won't be an issue for me. But I will let you all know if need be

Ditto.. I agree.. Both of those ideas sound good.
She does make this veggie medley stuff, where she puts all kinds of frozen veggies in a skillet and adds greek seasoning mix and mexican seasoning blend. It is her favorite at the moment.
I am just glad she waited until she was old enough to buy it all herself. I am not sure my budget could buy all of her stuff plus our regular groceries. I will throw a pkg of Tofu in my cart every once in awhile. lol Just to help her out.
I tell you sometimes this young adult age is a challenge moreso than toddlers! But at least they can be left alone while I go out...well most of the time anyways!

I agree with your proposal for Wiki #1... you're right, the moment I set foot inside the doors, my brain shuts down and can't remember what I came in looking for. The only other change I would make might be list the recaps in this wiki also and almost as the first entry if not the first one. Our new recap team absolutely ROCKS!!!
I cannot even begin to tell you how greatful I am for all you have done for the T thread; it is a tremendous undertaking and all I can say is thank you, thank you, thank you!
if clipandshare is around, if you could get rid of the outdated deals would help out tsarina.
pls let me know when you 2 have finished. i will then play around w/ the layout and see how much makes sense to go in the first wiki. i think some of the warnings should stay to keep the noobs and lurkers in line. like the no begging warning.

i would replace it w/ target.com and the instructions to enter the dpci in this format XXX-XX-XXXX and click *find a store*. also can use the mobile website using the online number above the dpci number at target.com for items that say *not sold in stores*.
no more coupons available at the registry kiosks. that is soooooo old!
