does any one else on SD watch this show. i have watched each episode and i'm hooked its a mystery going on in each episode and makes it worth wild to watch .

I think the cave where MIB took Sawyer with the names in the ceiling is where MIB hung out after he escaped from the cabin. I don't think this is Jacob's place. Jacob hung out in the statue.

Does anyone watch the "Cleveland Show" on FOX that follows "The Simpsons"? They had a spoof of "Lost" with that "LOST" intro and music thing.

Does anyone know why several original characters like Kate/Charlie/Claire/Michael are not candidates?
Maybe I missed something, but I just didn't get why they were excluded, specially Kate, since she is practically in every episode.

Charlie and Michael are dead, so obviously they're out of the running. They might have previously been candidates, but have since been crossed off. Claire's "infected", so that probably rules her out too. Not sure about Kate, but just because she's a principal character doesn't mean she has to be on the list. I'm sure the reasons for why each person has been chosen will be explained.

Yea, I hope so.
If Kate is not a candidate, then why is she on the island? since that is supposed to be the reason why the other candidates are there right?? Also, what ever happened to Walt? anyways, like everyone else, I'm just curious to find out, but I appreciate the theories/explanations I have read here.

i thought i saw Walt walking in the hallway of the school where Locke was substituting.

i thought he was the kid Locke asked for directions from... but im not entirely sure.

Wow, that's shocking that Jack has a son who is a piano prodigy! So, had Jack's plane not crashed, he would've bonded w/ him like he did in the new 2004 time line.

OK, so Claire is infected - probably has some of that MIB in her if you know what I mean. But just b/c the temple folks can't trust her, who is to say that she means evil to her original airplane buddies? And why didn't Jin ask why she ran away in the 1st place? Confused

No doubt that Jack is now a believer in the island more than ever.
