does any one else on SD watch this show. i have watched each episode and i'm hooked its a mystery going on in each episode and makes it worth wild to watch .

Yes, Michael WAS a candidate, as was Tom Friendly -- if you freezeframe the video, both of their names are crossed out on Jacob's lighthouse wheel (and Friendly appears right next to #108, Wallace).

I think these 6 were predestined to be the candidates all along, that's the significance of the 6 numbers.

Hard to say. Why would Dawson, Burke, etc be crossed out if they were never considered?

Interestingly, Kate's number is NOT crossed off yet on Jacob's wheel, yet she doesn't bear one of "the" numbers. The use of last names gives ambiguity to names like Kwon, Shephard and Linus, as they have a few meanings each.

I really think whoever #108 is will be someone that ties all of the six candidates together, since 108 is the sum of the six numbers..

The enhanced episodes are produced by a third party and the content is not approved by the producers...so any new information you may see in the pop-ups is considered to be non-canon. http://lostpedia.wikia.com/wiki/Enhanced

That doesn't make sense - why would ABC allow a 3rd party to make assumptions in the "enhanced subtitles"? To the viewer, they appear to be facts. While I now understand a 3rd party is providing that enhanced stuff, I can't believe that some of their "facts" would be wrong. If I watched those enhanced episodes (which I don't) and was mislead, I'd be a bit upset.
