I say that because in the past, both before these ridiculous updates and after, I tried to do a missed coupon on a bogo TQ. First was the B3G1 Kraft mac n cheese TQ, in early May? I had bought 4 packs just the day before and no matter what customer service tried, they could not do a missed TQ for that. I was a little peeved because the 4- 4 packs and a toy were the only items I bought on that transaction, no coupons at all used. Last week I bought 3 more sets of the Kellogg's cereal than I had TQ for. Tried to do one missed TQ for the bogo Fiber Plus, even getting back $2.66 would have been nice. Again, register programming couldn't do it (according to the guest services person).
And all MQs are getting message of "Coupon is not for item"

I usually don't do missed Qs - just suck it up and move on. But from the couple of times I have, this is a vast change for the worse. Only reason I've been trying to now is because the few times I've tried to use Qs at T lately, they scan in and then don't show up on receipt or factored into total.

Baby got 2 teeth today. Or at least I should say I "discovered" them today! I don't think they've been there long.

my sister tried to return something yesterday that she used B1G1 Coupons on the item but it took off 0.00, so when she tried to return the register didn't take it since she used the coupons, she ended up keeping it

MFQ or TQ ?...I used a MFQ on pampers and had no problems returning/exchanging it yesterday...

Just trying to get my feet wet with Kmart--gagging as I say it... LOL Does anyone have any coupons that would work nicely there? I will pay for them
eta hit enter too soon. That is crappy programming on T's side when the BOGO didn't even deduct anything, yet the customer couldn't remedy that programming error by returning the item that didn't become free, as stated on the MQ.
Wonder if the return could be done with a gift receipt?

I am multi tasking. Watching the news, reading SD, coloring my hair, doing some laundry, making some lunch. Then off to give DD a ride to work and back to the hospital, then back here for the AC installation, then back again to the hosp.

I actually was thinking about the diva the other day. I saw a woman with a huge Q binder sitting in front of the travel section at my local tar-ghetto. No flipped collar, so I'm pretty sure it wasn't her. I couldn't help but think how sad that lady was going to be when all those Qs auto'd down for the price of the item and she ended up with no overages!
On the receipt for the item, does it show the item then the item subtracted or does it show the return value?
