It's been so long since I've shopped I need to catch up on deals. Ank, I went to look for the car seat you posted. Full price here. My stores never have the things on clearance that other stores do Annoyed

I am so ready for the weekend, and it's only Wednesday. My co worker is on vacation for 2 weeks and I am covering for her, so a bit busy at work this week. Taking DS to see TS3 this weekend, it is nice getting back to normal.

The Wii surfing is a bit slow and cumbersome, but it's better than nothing. (I'm back at my puter now - thankfully)

Can you believe I went nowhere today?? No kroger, no t. I have some catching up to do. I was soo so so cranky today too. *sigh* I am sure my kids are ready for this baby to be born!

teri - normally *my* stores don't have good clearance, so I don't know how I managed that one!

Tonight, DH started to take the girls to church. He got partway up a hill and the car died on him!! We've been having problems for a while with the car not wanting to start after a rain storm. I have no idea what is going on with it. Anyway, I had kind of looked forward to a quiet night a home - didn't get it... lol. Oh well.

I may run out early tomorrow and get eggs. *sigh*

this whole shopping thing is annoying - I just can't seem to stock up like I used to.

Tracy, did you get my envie today? I hope so!

short story..

My attic is filled almost to the brim with toys we are donating to Foster kids at christmas. I went to three stores this morning looking for toys to be 75% off but found nothing. I was so disappointed but figured I'd try again in the AM.

Went to one last store before getting dinner and HOOOOLY MOOOLY! They were 75% off!!

Two carts later and I had the hook up. Going back in the AM for more. I am so so so excited and I cannot WAIT to share these with the foster kiddos.

Wow that's a lot of good finds. We have two of those remote control Tonka cars- I'm so peeved that I bought those full price in May. One was a return that they put back on the shelf. I can tell because box states batteries not included, product had batteries in it.Mad

The bounce back racers. Those are made by Tonka/ Hasbro. Were $35 ish in my area, but at least I had a $10 Hasbro MQ at the time. Wink

BTW they are ok but don't expect to be able to use two in the same area. All run on the same radio frequency.

LOL I should have specified, they will work but one remote will take over and control both cars. This could be a good thing if your house is like mine and we can only ever find one remote at a time. shake head

Oh yes the issue of the lost remotes, I think evrything with a remote should have a button that you can push (on the item) to locate the remote. Oh if only I could have the hours I've spent looking for them back.Frown
