Thank you. We are very happy!!

For lunches - do you need recommendations as to what to put in the lunch, or a thermos to carry the lunch?

I can do the first, but the 2nd I have no clue on!
I am looking for Thermos to carry the lunch. However it would be great if I can get some ideas as to what to put in the lunch. One caveat though, we are vegetarian Smilie

If you end up back there, have them run the blood test for Lyme. It's a long shot, but you never know Dontknow

Just don't let them tell you that "we don't have lyme around here" or anything. I've been in Georgia for the last 10 years (which is when I contracted it), and I've NEVER EVER found a tick on me, crawling or buried in the skin. My doctor figures I must have had a tiny one (they can be the size of a head of a pin) in my hair at one point, and never noticed.
nod my bff passed out in Target (of all places laugh out loud) and after extensive panels of tests, scaring the crap out of her by suggesting a brain tumor, it turned out to be Lyme Disease.

hmmm Lyme Disease comes from ticks right? We haven't seen any ticks here but we got our new dog about, what, 2 weeks ago? Who knows. I'm the freak of nature. I keep second guessing myself thinking maybe I am crazy. Frown

Does anyone here use the amazon diaper codes?

I have some S's and W's. If you aren't an active member on TCC and you aren't mean spirited, don't PM me. I'd like these to go to ppl here. Be patient. It might be late tonight before I respond.

Good to see you posting Ank...so nice to hear you are enjoying your time with Mavis and the rest of your family. I'll be keeping you all in my thoughts for her testing.

Don't worry to much about the weight either. I always thought babies actually lost weight the first week after they are born, especially if mom is nursing.

Did I tell you how beautiful she is?

dreeme I hope they figure out what is wrong.
Ank I will be praying for your little girl. I have a 3 month old and he lost weight when he was first born. My wife was exclusively breastfeeding. He was 6 pounds 1 ounce and weighs almost 11 pounds now.

Good to have you over here in TCC! And thanks for the tip on the Branson T before, it was very helpful!

Sounds like your DS ex-girlfriend found someone she liked ("let's take a break") , and then started seeing him ("the breakup") , and now the new guy may not be the best for her, so she's keeping her options open. Women are so complicated! laugh out loud (Admit it, we all remember being a teen and thinking Mom doesn't know my situation, because no one else has ever felt this way about someone.)

LL7-thanks for the welcome! I had to get away from that deals thread for a while. I was afraid I would get brain damage from all the time I was spending banging my head against the top of my desk!!

And lovetobeeamom--I think LL7's on to something with her girlfriend theory. That was my EXACT game back in my dating days...I was the queen of the string-along with all my "best friend" exes. If karma really is a bitch, I'm in big big trouble!

You guys are scaring the crap out of me with the caffeine overdose/Lyme disease stories-best wishes to you both (longtimelurker and dreem)!

dreeme - I'm so sorry! I'll have you in my prayers!!! I sure hope they figure this out!

Did they check your sinuses and ears? If not, make sure the next doc does - it could be something ridiculously simple as a hidden sinus/ear infection.

Also, I've had dizzy episodes before that are caused by potassium granules that get lodged in the ear. It's utterly miserable, but it does eventually pass. I hope it's that simple and not anything of great significance.

Nice thinking ank! I get inner ear infections about once or twice a year and I do have a lot of the same symptoms when I get them as dreeme was listing (especially the dizziness and anxiety). That would awesome if that's all it is-they're a bitch, but they are easy to treat.

Since most of us aren't venturing to the deals lately, I thought I would post a link to the long, drawn out, but hopefully very informative post I just made:
link

Has anyone noticed the new notices not working right? I haven't gotten any when I log on here, but when I went to add an attachment, I had a bunch pop up in that little window. Confused
