Today was actually a pretty good day at work. Our TL is in Europe, so we just did our thing, and got out early. It's so much easier and faster when we aren't micro-managed, or stopped and someone spending 5 mins to tell you to go faster (she really does this).

Publix peeps, I found a new book there, called "For All The Family Favorites"
There are $3/1 Air Wick iMotions PQ, pair with the $4/1 Air Wick iMotions MQ, for some overage! Regular iMotions are $6.49, and the compact are $4.99 (PQ is good for either). Too bad they only had 1 of each at the store I stopped at.
Pie Crust:
1 egg
1 tbs. vinegar
1 cup butter -- no I don't mean margarine.
2 cups flour -- all purpose is fine, it doesn't really matter
I use a pastry cutter to blend, but I think you can do it in the food processor (pulse) too. Lots of flour to roll it out. Roll it fairly thin -- 1/4 - 3/8" ish. When it's ready to go, roll it up on your rolling pin, move it over your pie pan, and gently unroll it right into the pan. Pinch your edges, trim off excess.
I do lightly spray the pie pan with non-stick spray. Use the tip of a sharp knife or a fork to poke a few small holes in the sides and bottom. (It keeps it from puffing up) It still might puff a little but will deflate as it cools.
Bake for about 15 minutes at 350 until its lightly golden brown.
While your pudding is cooking - Slice bananas and completely cover the bottom working from a circle around the outside in toward the center. Do one row up the side crust.
Use one large box of Banana Cook pudding for each pie. I use Jello Brand and I do NOT use instant. I do cook it in the microwave. Two large boxes took about 15 minutes today.
Fill your pie shells and immediately cover the tops -- touching the pudding -- with plastic wrap. This keeps it from getting that pudding film scum on top. Chill.[/QUOTE]
