IDK I was to assume no. Target Home FURNITURE. Again if going by wording and picture no. Who said it was ok? See what I mean each thier own and their store. Some stores would def. not allow at all. Again IMHO no. Yet that is me.

What irked me about her is that she told people to learn how to use coupons. and told me to suck it on top of that. I know coupons are sometimes vague yet again this one I can see many uses but towels I can't.
So if the person asks at their store, and store staff are ok with that usage, why does it matter to anyone else? Why are people being judgmental about it?

Also, how is the $5 RE coupon any different than the $10 Target home coupon? Both are Target brands, right, and both have almost identical pictures and wording.

I'm not trying to start a debate over this, please don't think I am. Just wondering why it's such a thorn to some when store staff have apparently said, it's ok.

eta I'm not condoning outright abuse, nor am I condoning bragging about it in the deals thread.

To my knowledge...it was posted over in the T thread. Someone had e-mailed corp and asked them for clarification and they were told they could use it on anything for Target Home.
I emailed corp and they told me I could use any coupon on any item I wanted, ever.

So now are you going to do that too? Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)

I find the whole thing rather amusing. A while back with the first produce coupon, I bought some frozen strawberries -- they weren't free, either. I honestly never gave it any thought. Produce = fruits and veggies. I didn't think, "hmmmm, can I get a way with this" or anything like that. The thought that it wasn't right never even crossed my mind.

Now, looking back, if I stop to think, vegetables come in cans and I wouldn't have used it on that. It does make sense that I shouldn't have used it on frozen, I suppose. It just didn't cross my mind that there was anything wrong with it.

But, holy shit, I got lambasted. So, yeah, I find this whole towels thing quite amusing.
You know, I vaguely remember that.. I find that things in the threads go so much smoother when folks don't debate about stuff.. Each uses coupons at their own comfort level.. b1g1 coupons, p&g coupons, vague target coupons, etc.. I don't call anyone out on their coupon usage in a thread. Just my opinion.. things like that would be much better taken to PM.

My free TRIO car set came in the mail today, and I'm pretty sure I signed up for it after it was claimed DEAD woot

I, too, cant wait for the ads. I want a 50'' plasma.

As far as Target BF goes, they do a 2 day sale - not A doorbuster thing so...Also the Price adjustement policy is within 14 days so Buy no earlier than 11/12 then just save the reciept -- I would make a sharpie dot next to each item, then on one of the two days of the two day sale just go to GS and tell them you have marked the items you need a PA on.,

Everyone will run around like Chicken Little claiming Target has done away with there PA policy this year but it is BS, those chicken littles do it every year and every year T does the PA :p

I have been sick, not vomit sick but head cold sick and have lost 4 pounds in 4 days Big Grin

I scored a 62 on my 1st try
I missed the trio thing I guess.

I may try the price match thing this year..
Sorry you have been sick.. sucky way to lose 4 poundshug

because we all know some rotten apples can cause the whole bunch to rot.

I think many of us are worried of these new policies procedures and instances like these can add on top to it.

No Debate either. Again that was my IMHO. I use them correctly so I have nothing to worry about.

pls, let's not debate the furniture coupons.

let's face it, target sd'ers are known to stretch things. sometimes it's hard esp for newbies to know when to draw the universal line to smashing and grabbing. i'll just say that i think everyone can agree that 40 c9 shirts and lying on top of it and then posting it was going over the line.

everyone has their own comfort level and lets just leave it at that. me and my bff have different comfort levels and you would think she would toe the line a little more since she owns a store, but no, she pushes the boundaries more than me, but she still has her limits. just pls whatever you do, just be considerate and don't mess it up for others.

i do think we need to be a little more discrete about things. some things need to go the way of shiny white teeth.

i did a brisk walk this morning w/ bff and made myself eat breakfast.

i'm on the hunt to get that biggest loser scale for 75% off. as of sunday it was 50% off and they still had like 4. so if anybody sees it lower, pls post!!!

Yes please sorry to start a debate. My irk was more with the obscenity that was issued. I think it would have passed over if she didn't tell people to quit pm'ing her and to learn how to use coupons.

That was so catty of that person

I didn't see the obscenity but I completely agree it was wrong for someone to brag than post complaining sbout people pming her.

And I agree with slowtech, it's all about discretion.

And bunnies, yep Market Pantry is a Target brand as well. I did a quick Google search and couldn't find (in the first few pages) any mention of REStyle, RE Style, RE Brand, being sold anywhere other than Target.

Ohh anyone have a pic or dpci of the scale. I am with the need to lose weight crowd. It's hard especially with all the practices games and regular life with a 7month old. Eat! Pff I eat at work and home is whatever I can grab and run.

unless you stack them up high and sit on the stack. ahhhh, cushioning for a tired backside. Coverlaugh

or if you toss the warm out of the laundry towels in a pile and fall off to sleep on em... they could be a cushy couch/bench? LMAO

seriously have any of you ever fallen off to sleep on your warm laundry? laugh out loud i did that inadvertantly in college a couple of times. i'd get the stuff out of the drier, bring to my room, empty onto the bed to fold, then someone would call or something and i'd be lying on my back talking on the phone. next thing, i'd be dozing off in a pile of soft, warm, lovely smelling towels and tshirts. ahhh the life! growing up is clearly overrated. Embarrassment

That I didn't know either. I have been buying Target milk (forgot the name) and it tastes pretty good (the 1%). I have also tried the MP peanut butter crackers, not to bad. And DH and DS have enjoyed the mixed nuts/fruit thingys, though they are expensive.

The scales were on clearance here yesterday, though I didn't stop to check pricing. Edit to add I will check pricing next time I go and if I see go to 75% will report.
