Baby problem

So my neighbor moved in like 3 weeks ago and she has a baby that cries all night nonstop and since are houses are close together

Is there anything legally I can do to get her to keep the little bastard quiet

As the baby gets older, they'll sleep more. If it's colic, it usually settles down in a few months. Ear plugs and a little patience will go a long way.

I call BS. No way in a house you are going to hear a baby crying in the next house over (enough to keep you awake), with all windows closed unless said baby is using a microphone or you live in a cheap arse house. Maybe in an apartment/townhome, but not a house.

By "private house," I'm pretty sure he meant the trailer parked a couple of feet away from his. Biggrin2

There could be a million reasons as to why that baby is crying, and I highly doubt it is purposely trying to ruin your precious sleep. You're so tough to complain on a forum, why not go talk to the mother about it?
