Been looking to buy a house. Got preapproved, but finding the space and land we want for the price I need is tough.
Found a great foreclosure priced at $70,000 under market value but they already have 3 bids on it over what I wanted to pay.
Found a 5 bd/3 bath on a tiny lot. This is probably the one we end up with. I will miss the space.
We started looking at 3+ acres to put a mobile home on, but DH decided she'd rather get a stick built house. The mobile home was 2200 sq feet on 3 acres. My dream, but I am getting older and not as able to take care of that much land.

I am looking for phones. Driving me nuts.
Other things I thought of/observed today:
1) Why do people get out in public and act like idiots? Screaming at each other in the parking lots and stores, talking loudly on their phones, driving like morons...
2) Why is it so hard to do what you say you will do? I was brought up that if you say you're going to do something, you do it. That's what giving your word is all about.
3) This woman had her cart in the middle of the aisle in everyone's way at Walmart. She notices her cart is in the way, moves down the aisle...and parks it in the middle. WTF? Who does that? I wanted to kick her. Did that come off bitchy, because I meant for it to.
4) Phone salespeople....are pushy.

We looked at one that isn't completed yet. 2600+ square feet, 5 bd/3 bath. The only bad thing is that the back yard slopes about half way back. We are going to put in an offer tomorrow. It's a little more than I wanted, but we can do it. It's a beautiful house.

Holy crap, that's a good sized house!! I hope you get it!
My grandson got it over the weekend and he's been just awful since! So I am staying over at DD's taking care of the poor kidlet days and nights so his parents don't have to miss any work, or miss any sleep either.

We get to start looking at houses soon, but prices right outside of Atlanta
I found a beauty that was 3br/2.5 ba almost 2,100 sq ft for $150k but it's a little too soon to buy for us
