Costco has these flour tortillas that aren't cooked yet and you just heat them on a skillet. They're really good.

Sadly, I work in a really ritzy town and all the food there is usually expensive.

Just buy the tortilla flour, follow instructions on mixing. Then let it rise per instructions. Roll it into balls. Then sprinkle flour on counter & a bit on the dough ball so it doesn't stick and use a rolling pin to spread it. Put it on a gridle. Done. Easy peasy
