ETA..never mind. I looked it up and I *think* it's for when someone is inducted into ministry or something like that. I'll keep reading.

I asked the school for an official logo and they said there isn't one, but "this image is pretty nice. We use it a lot."

No seriously, it's a lot of work do de-pixelate something THAT small and make it reasonable and usable while preserving any of the detail in the anchor. Also there is a LOT of noise in it. I'd ditch it and find a new logo.
