Roll Totally matters. Invocation = starting something. Usually a graduation or Rotary meeting or something.

laugh out loud thanks. I meant it doesn't matter now (not that it doesn't matter which prayer to say).

That was more concise and more understandable than google. Thumbup

Gas Washer? Are you sure that's not part of a set or stacked combo? They might call it a "gas washer/dryer" but AFAIK the washer is still completely electric. Or maybe it's one of those all in one units that's a washer and dryer together? It could have a steam wash that uses gas then maybe?

I don't know. I haven't kept up with appliances much in recent years!!

Can you save it flat and then bevel it?
Sure thing. I wish you could see how easy this stuff is. I swear it will take like two or three clicks to do that.

It'll need to look nice in color and when printed in grayscale.
Will do for both! I'll PM you wish some stuff shortly.

Well I'll have insurance soon. Technically I'd have insurance now if it weren't for a huge mess of bureacratic paperwork involved with the Cobra process.
Quote from BrgnHntr :
If you're signing up for cobra - it's retroactive. So, you can go now before it's sorted out and still submit your claims later.
Quote from redjen910 :
I called a few days ago and that's what the rep told me. It's only $60 to go today and my insurance has a $30 urgent care deductable to it's not a huge difference anyways.

I would have already paid the Cobra payment except, as usual with insurance, something got screwed up and my regular insurance billed me for July and August. Since I didn't want to have a lapse in coverage I paid the bill thinking my previous employer hadn't ended my coverage. Then I got the Cobra bill for July and August. I spent almost an hour on the phone trying to sort out who I should have paid. Turns out I should have paid Cobra and not my old insurance. So I'm expecting a refund in the mail which I will then send to Cobra. Ugh. Makes my head hurt dealing with this.
Bargoon is wise!! I know nothing about this sort of thing.

Hopefully you've already gone to get yourself taken care of by now or if not, then tomorrow!!

Oh, yeah. It totally works. Just don't bother with Kraft or Procter and Gamble. Unless something is wrong with a product you got from them, they aren't sending you anything. SCJohnson is really good about sending coupons, and I've sent emails about several of the food items we use and have generally gotten a good response. Not everyone will send coupons, but a lot will.
Noted! Wow thanks! I had no idea.

And I sent it to her in Word, so she probably did copy/paste for the most part. Roll
Pasting fail. Technology is great! People should just learn how to use it properly.

That should take all of five seconds to fix really.

Still feeling craptastic. Considering calling in tonight so the "on call" person has a heads up. I'm not feeling at all better, perhaps even a tad worse. No amount of Neti-pot or OTC meds is even touching this. I guess I should just call in and head to the dr tomorrow.

Nice work refcache. That's pretty cool, I would've been too lazy to do anything by hand in photoshop laugh out loud
You think I did that by hand? LMAO I'm totally too lazy for that! I thought you were some kind of photography whiz!! Ain't you learned no Photoshop boy?

That whole thing mostly consists of just a few predefined shapes - two triangles, two circles, two rectangles one of which I warped into a trapezoid, and three completely straight lines. The only thing I "drew" was the crown of the anchor and that was using the pen tool on a work path of five total points and some dragging around of some curve tangent lines. Then I just made a mirror image of the result horizontally for symmetrical reasons.

It honestly took longer to type of this post than to do that all that probably.

After that it was just some layer styling. Simple point and click stuff.

Yes!! I know it sucks missing work. I wasn't always retired!

But the alternative of getting worse and worse and still having all that expense later AND missing probably even more work rather than just biting the bullet now is the probably the best decision.

Tiny bit of back story: I have only worked at this place for about 6 weeks. On my second day the owner explained that calling off wasn't acceptable, they go to work even if they're sick. It was explained to me that only things like H1N1 (which she had last winter) were acceptable reasons for calling in. But yesterday I went to work sort of sick and she asked if I wanted to go home and then admonished me that "everyone else had better not get sick" because of me. She didn't seem too plused this morning when I called to say a coworker was going to cover my shift. I hate to call in again but I am still sick.

W. T. F. ???!?!?

So, you're supposed to come to work when you're sick but somehow control your germs so that no one else gets ill? HELLO.

Why don't you change the nature of the universe too while you're at it? If it wouldn't be too much trouble, also learn how to transcend time and space too. Maybe on your lunch break?

I know the whole "calling in sick when not really ill" thing happens often these days but if you went in ANYWAY and she saw how sick you were and even warned you to somehow control the spread of the bubonic plague you're suffering from, what more can she expect?

I totally don't understand people sometimes!!!

It didn't pull through, a friend scrounged one from an Oldsmobile or something that helped me out Prop

Anyhow I went and called my coworker to cover for me tomorrow too. And then called my boss to let her know. She didn't seem too upset. Tomorrow to the dr.
