I give up tonight..maybe tomorrow will be better.
I'm off to bed, if anyone knows how to get the blue dye off let me know..
Isn't redjen the cleaning whiz here?
But BG I would start off by giving it a good wipedown with a Mr Clean Magic Eraser. Sadly of all my old cleaning clients who had frontloaders most of the dryers did have a blueish stain. I had always thought it was from dark washed blue jeans.
Also I was unaware there were tun imserts you could buy to install yourself? Will Home Depot or Lowe's have these or do I need to go to a plumbing supply place?
I'm almost afraid to post our bathroom. No matter how much I clean it just looks dirty.

I haven't even measured to see if ours is a standard sized tub. Heaven help me

Also I think theres a big gash in the drum and if thats the case, I need to call costcos and have them bring a new one out.
I believe they sell the non-custom ones ( inserts), if you need and odd size maybe not. Bathfitters sucks, you could probably do a better job then them and they charge 2k min. I'm not sure where we are getting ours yet, but they do sell them. google around and read up about it and see in your area who carries it or something. This is all still new to me..

One of our close friends had his tub reglazed. Which originally I thought would be a great idea. But a few weeks after he had it done he dropped a plastic bottle of bodywash (it's bound to happen) and the new glaze shattered. The company said, "That could happen." and did not warranty it. They said he damaged the reglaze and it wasn't considered a defect. So he spent another $500 to have it redone. I am way too clumsy for that.
I measured and almost fainted. It measures 30 X 59. Which would be an inch short of standard. Then I remembered the dumb paneling. Yes, paneling in the shower. Once I pry that mess off the walls it should be a standard 30 X 60 opening.

I guess that's the joys of renting compared to homeownership
