That's usually all I'm finding at my local grocery stores here! The stands and farmer's markets have more selection but I haven't seen either have much in the way of squash in a long time!!

Are yours REALLY lightweight? I had a hard time ordering. The only glasses I had to help with the measuring were OLD.

After I get an exam (RX is expired too) I think I'm going to order a "fun pair" from there. I only wear my glasses occassionally but I have been wearing the same two pairs for 6 years now. Time for a change.

this is my every day pair except they're black instead of the beige color (which is a hideous color btw)

I bought some glasses from them last year. They are ok. Really lightweight. I only use them when I HAVE to take my contacts out at night and I want to see...............anything. I don't know how well they'd do for everyday use.

Couldn't get a motel anywhere near Traverse City so the kids and I are going back to Appleton for the weekend. Got a great deal on a motel for two nights. This time we are doing less shopping and more relaxing

I have glasses I bought about ten years ago. I'm the same as you...if I want to take my contacts out but I also want to see I use them, lol. (Though I have NO idea where they are now). My vision seems clearer with them than they do with contacts but not enough that I want to wear them. The main reason I picked the ones I did was because it was by the brand "South Hampton" and I was all "TITANIC! "

He was! We were there for over two hours and then he finally cashed in his tickets and then took the required 1/2 hour to pick out what to buy with those tickets and we were JUST walking towards the door when one of the workers comes out and yells FREEEE TICKETS!! So all the kids come rushing in her direction (which was right where we were and it almost bowled me over, lol). So anyway it's this big thing where they get the kids shouting stuff as loud as they can by the count of three and then getting all the kids to line up in a long line and then they taught them some dance to do with a song and then they got all of the kids together and threw tickets in the air for them to catch. Christian LOVED it but it took for freaking ever. Then he had his tickets counted again and bought a lollipop and a bracelet for Elizabeth.

Oh! And Ref and BH were talking earlier about the balls...our CEC doesn't have those

I think the one closest to us (Clarksville) got rid of the balls, too!
I believe I'd have kicked ticket girl's ass. It was sweet of him to get something for Elizabeth, though.
